How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Centurychallenges Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Centurychallenges Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what was said and done.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note this limit: Centurychallenges Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or decide anything for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.
How to File
Email contact@centurychallenges.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
